The BFIA is holding an 'Understanding Korea Program' targeting foreign students this year. This program aims to help foreign students to understand Korea. It not only comprises educational lectures but also industrial field trips allowing students to see firsthand the rapid progress that has taken place in Korea. One university in Busan will be selected each month and its foreign students will be invited to participate in the program. This month, 40 foreign students from Dong-Eui University will join the program on May 30. After receiving education on Korean traditional culture and economic development, they will visit the Renault Samsung factory and Geoga Bridge. Last month foreign students from Busan College of Information Technology visited POSCO Steel Works.
