BUSAN, South Korea -- The traffic around Gwangalli Beach, will be restricted October 26th for the Busan Fireworks Festival. An official with the city said it has the plan to control traffic in three stages. 

In the case of Gwangan Bridge, which will be the main stage for the fireworks festival, the upper deck of the bridge will be completely shut down from 5 pm to 11 pm while the lower deck will be completely shut down from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. 

With the vehicle control on 26th, Busan has a plan to expand to an extra 246 subway trips and expand the bus lines from 151 to 164 trips in 11 bus lines to help citizens reach there destination.
