BUSAN, South Korea -- An official of Busan Suyeong-gu said it is planning to make the road around Gwangalli Beach a car-free cultural street every weekend at night in July and August.
Once it is implemented, vehicle traffic will be entirely cut off on the Gwangan seaside road from 9 pm to 1 pm of the next day on Saturday and Sunday.
