SUWON, South Korea - The KT Sonic Boom are back at practice, and are looking to defend their regular season championship.

The Sonic Boom hit the gym last week to start their workouts in preparation for this season. They finished last season on top of the league with a 41-13 regular season record, tops in league history. They bowed out in the second round of the playoffs however, losing three games to one to Wonju.
