Haeundae to Use Citizen's to Tackle Illegal Parking

BUSAN, South Korea -- Haeundae-gu said that it will roll out the 'citizen crackdown system on illegal parking' from July this year. 

If a citizen files a report by taking a photo of the illegally parked vehicles, the city will impose the fines to the driver. This system is the first of its kind in the city.
