Busan and Fukuoka have opened channels to promote culture and tourism activities between them. The two cities held a signing ceremony at Busan City Hall on May 27 and promised active exchanges to encourage culture and tourism in each other's cities. Thirty people including Busan Mayor Hur Nam-sik, Fukuoka Mayor Takashima Soichiro and tourism officials from both cities participated in the ceremony.
