One of K-Pops most popular bands, Super Junior, has released its seventh studio album, the first offering from the 10-man group in two years. Entitled “Mamacita”, the 10 tracks were created with the help of music legends Teddy Riley and Don Spike.
The group released the album at a press conference at the Imperial Hotel in Seoul Thursday afternoon, with the new album being released as the group is about to celebrate their 10th anniversary.
“Our goal as a group is to have a good time,” said group leader Leeteuk, who recently returned to the group after completing his military service.
The album will be released September 1st and coincide with their August 29 appearance on KBS TV’s Music Bank, before embarking on the Super Show 6 from September 19th through the 21st in Seoul. Plans for their overseas tour have yet to be finalized.
