BUSAN, South Korea -- A strong-wind warning, with potential winds of 15 meters a second was issued yesterday, with reports of damages by strong winds. 

Korean Air flight KE772, which was carrying eighteen passengers, was scheduled to arrive at Gimhae airport at 3 pm yesterday, October 15th, origination from Sapporo Airport in Japan. The winds caused it to be redirected to Daegu Airport. 

A turbulence warning was also issued at five pm, yesterday, at Gimhae Airport, due to airplanes having difficulty taking off and landing. 

In total, the city reported 13 signboards had been dropped or shaking around Busan's coast.
