BUSAN, South Korea -- The December weather forecast is calling for significant climatic fluctuation. Residents of Busan and Gyeoungnam should expect temperatures this month to be colder than average temperatures. 

The Busan Weather Agency announced there is a possibility that a continental anticyclone will be stronger than normal, causing the fluctuating temperatures and the possibility of significant snowfall, depending on the topography of the location. 

However, the extended forecast does call for January and February temperatures to be normal.
