On September 29th, get ready to EAT, EAT, and EAT MORE @ Sharky's Haeundae.
Sharky's will hold a Hot Dog Eating Championship Saturday night starting at 8pm.
The Champion Hot Dog Warrior will receive a $50 cash prize!
Post your name on the wall to enter, then come down to Pre-Register at Sharky's Haeundae and pay your $5 to enter the competition.
We will have a maximum of 28 contestants. 14 woman and 14 men. We will have a men's and women's bracket (should there be enough contestants who enter) otherwise gender means nothing and we all eat together to crown just one CHAMPION!
We will also have other events you can try during the night and lot of prizes to give out so come out and join us for a night of fun and lots of HOT DOGS!

HOW TO COMPETE:
There will be 7 contestants per heat. The 3 contestants in each heat to eat 5 hot dogs the quickest will move on to the FINAL ROUND , then 3 hours later we will host the CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND, where its a NO LIMIT eating championship over the course of 20 mintues (see details below).
Each contestant will be asked to consume as many hot dogs as they can in the allotted time. The top 3 contestants from each heat will move onto the final round that will start at 10:30pm.
FINAL ROUND CONTEST EATING RULES:
This event will be a 20-minute contest
These are rules of a contest that allow for a food item to be separated, dunked, mushed, and mashed in
an effort to consume the most hot dogs.
Contestants will be given five hot dogs and buns to start. There will be two cups of water for dunking or drinking, mustard and ketchup on the table for the contestants.
When the last of the five hot dogs is in process of consumption, five more will be placed before the contestant.
Should a contestant be observed hiding their hot dogs, dropping them under the table, or placing them on another persons plate he/she will be disqualified.
If you suffer a reversal of fortune and/or urges contrary to swallowing will be disqualified (and laughed at).
Hot dogs must be submerged for a period of two minutes after the contest. All food to count must be swallowed 30 seconds after the 1-minute buzzer.
