Basketball – Rhodes leads KT Past KCC

BUSAN, South Korea – Charles Rhodes scored 32 points, and added 11 rebounds and six blocked shots, as KT destroyed KCC 94-69 Tuesday night at the Sajik Indoor Stadium.

Rhodes, who has been in coach Jeon Chang-jin’s doghouse this year due to his lack of defensive effort, responded by completely dominating the game at both ends. Pyo Myung-il added 11 points, while Cho Dong-hyun added 10, hitting 3 three pointers.

KCC was lead by DeShawn Sims and Ha Seung-jin with 13 points apiece.

KT raced out to an early eight point lead, and continually put pressure on KCC. They built up a 17 point halftime lead, before building a 25 point third quarter lead and cruising the rest of the way to their second consecutive victory and back to .500, after a 1-3 start to the season.
