BUSAN, South Korea — A new study shows that the average temperature of May in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam was the highest since 1973.
An official of Busan weather agency said the average temperature of May in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam recorded 18.9 degrees, which was higher than the average temperature, 17.6 degrees.
Also, 18.9 degrees, the average temperature of last month, was the highest degree since 1973 when the Busan Weather Agency started compiling related statistics.
The yellow-dust warning occurred on four days in the month of May, which was the third highest after five consecutive days occurred in May of 1991 and 2011.
