"I’m just trying to play with passion,” Paul Saulnier, PS I Love You’s vocalist/guitarist/ bassist, responded when asked by Spin magazine to describe the duo’s sound. Indeed passion and raw emotion are abundant in th

e band’s noisy, guitar-heavy rock music.

Saulnier and Benjamin Nelson on drums bring their unique,
catchy brand of heavy driven rock music to Busan and Korea for the first time. Their themes cover a variety of subjects both dark and lighthearted.

The high, yelping vocals and boisterous, impressive guitar solos create a solid music experience that goes beyond just the audio aspect. Saulnier himself describes his inspirations as bands that play music “loud enough to feel inside your body.”

The duo has been praised by critics with an overwhelming amount of positive reviews since their debut album, Meet Me at the Muster Station, came out October 2010.

This Kingston duo delivers its catchy hooks with brute force, pummeling listeners with fuzzy guitars and thundering rhythms. Savage noise freak-outs have never sounded quite so palatable. – Exclaim (Alex Hudson)

This small guy-big guy duo creates propulsive grunge out of sincerely adroit love songs, emulating Japandroids’ poppy noise assaults with more technical prowess.” – Village Voice

Dazzling, dauntless, gallant and genuinely affecting, it heightens their existence while still retaining that scrappy, veracious charm that made them such a thrilling prospect first time around. One of 2012’s great successes. – Gold Flake Paint (Tom Johnson)
