SEOUL, South Korea -- North Korea is believed to have fired four short-range scud ballistic missiles into the East Sea according to Yonhap News. The South Korean Defense Ministry said that the missiles were launched at 5:42 local time with the missiles having a range of 200 km.

The missiles were fired from the Gitdaeryeong area on the North's southeastern coast towards the water according to a South Korean Defense military official.
