Park Hyatt Busan is introducing various hampers at its pastry boutique Patisserie to show appreciation for those celebrating the Lunar New Year with various selections such as meat, seafood, herb oils, teas and desserts.
Enjoyable for the whole family, there are two premium Andong beef sets include Hanwoo beef rib eye, Hanwoo beef sirloin and kalbi sauce, presented in customized Park Hyatt Busan wooden boxes and wrapped in traditional Korean cloth. The ocean set includes smoked salmon and salmon steaks marinated with garlic and herbs, based on Park Hyatt Busan’s exclusive recipe, as well as abalone and three special condiments: caper berries, Zuccato capers and horseradish. The wine set features caramelized nuts, cheeses and ham; the homemade oil set includes basil, rosemary and thyme oils made at a low temperature; and the homemade honey tea set includes tea made with ginger and jujubes. All of these items can be purchased individually. The pastry set includes Patisserie desserts such as English fruitcake, fruit pie, dried fruit and a chocolate-nut bar.
The home and grilled beef set consists of beef T-bone, Canadian tenderloin and Canadian rib eye, all of which are available at Park Hyatt Busan’s premium grill & sushi restaurant Dining Room, as well as a bottle of red wine. For an additional charge, guests can enjoy a beef set with an appetizer and a dessert, all prepared by a chef.
Premium Lunar New Year hampers are available from January 2 until January 24 and deliveries are valid from January 9 until January 23. Prices range from KRW 130,000 to KRW 460,000 including tax. Some gift hampers are subject to delivery fees, and reservations must be made three days prior to delivery.
