A great night of dining with spectacular views is in store at the Lotte Hotel in Seomyeon on April 14th.
Lotte Hotel Busan’s 43rd floor Japanese Restaurant Momoyama and Korean Restaurant Mugunghwa showcases original Kaiseki cuisine with a combination of ingredients and recipes, inviting owner Chef Mitsuda Genji of Osaka Sakurae, a Michelin two-star restaurant, to host a gala dinner.
The event takes place April 14th from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The Sakura course and Kaiseki course plus five wines costs 300,000 won per person.
