BUSAN, South Korea -- The Busan-Gyeongnam KoRail Headquarters announced the KTX Gyeongbu and Gyeongjeon Lines have been reduced to 16 total trains, two less than before the strike. 

The entire KTX system is operating at 73% capacity, with 103 trains running from the original 142. 

The Mugunghwa and Saemaeul lines are running at 51% capacity running 43 lines, down from the original 88.
