The BFIA has started educational and cultural lectures including its popular Korean Language Classes and World Cultural Classes. The 1st session of Korean Language classes started on March 28. 250 people in total applied to attend one of the 12 classes, categorized by level as Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. The course will run for 9 weeks until May 27. The 2nd session of the course will start from early June and applications will be accepted from May 30.
Meanwhile, the World Cultural Class, where people can study and experience world cultures, started on March 29. There are 12 classes, covering different countries including Japan, China, the US. A class about Holland is being held for the first time this year and it is proving to be particularly popular. The Korean Language classes are held at Busan Global Center and at the Continuing Education Center of Dongseo University, and the World Cultural Classes are held at Busan Global Center.
