April 30, 2011
BUSAN – The Busan I'Park faced a tough challenge Saturday night, but responded well with a 3-0 victory over ninth-place Chunnam at the Asiad World Cup Stadium in Hyundai Oilbank K League 8th round action.
The I'Park had the best chance of the match early in the 12th minute when Han Sung-wun missed the inside of the post on a quick cross across the middle.
The I'Park broke the deadlock in the 33rd minute when Lim Sang-hyup finished a Kim Chang-soo cross with a beautiful sliding goal past Chunnam keeper Lee Woon-jae.
The IPark doubled their lead three minutes later on a beautiful header by Lee Jung-ho , giving them a 2-0 halftime advantage.
The second half saw the rains come, but that didn't stop the I'Park from keeping the pressure on.
Busan nearly made it a triple, but Lee Jung-ho's header just missed the far post in the 58th minute.
The triple finally materialized in the 78th minute when Han Sang-Hun raced down the right side on a nice pass from Han Ji-ho and let go a blistering shot past a helpless Lee Woon-jae.
The I’Park move up the table to 12th place with the win, and have won two consecutive league games, and are undefeated in six games overall with three wins and three draws.
