GYEONGNAM – Kim Tae-wook's 88th minute strike sank the Busan I'Park's effort Saturday, as they fell 3-2 on the road to Gyeongnam.
After a scoreless first half, the second half saw all the scoring in a wild shootout which begane after the hour.
Yang Dong-hyun's 62 minute strike broke the scoreless deadlock to give Busan the lead, but Lee Kyung-ryul equalized seven minutes later to tie the score at 1.
Busan once again capitalized, when Han Sang-woon scored off a Lim Sang-hyup pass in the 74th minute.
Gyeongnam however was not intimidated and applied pressure which lead to two goals in the final six minutes. Lee Hoon's 84th minute goal leveled Gyeongnam before the eventual winner four minutes later.
Busan now falls to twelfth in the table, and face a tough Ulsan test this Saturday in their first home game in a month, at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Asiad World Cup Stadium.
