BUSAN, South Korea -- The 39th Jangbogo-cup national rowing championship started yesterday at the West-Nakdong-river Rowing Stadium. 

The championship is made up of 195 teams across the fields of middle school, high school, university and adult competitors. Eight Busan teams, including Pukyeong National University and Korea Maritime University will take part. 

From the 31st, a rowing experience event for citizens will be held for two days.
