BUSAN, South Korea - The Busan IPark soundly defeated Daejon FC 3-1 in drizzly conditions Sunday evening at the Asiad World Cup Stadium.

An own goal by Daejon defender Han Geuru gave Ipark the advantage after three minutes, until Japanese midfielder Yuta Baba equalized on 33 minutes.

The IPark clearly had the advantage throughout the game, and finally were rewarded in the 74th minute with a goal from Park Yong-ho. Han Ji-ho gave the IPark a two goal advantage six minutes later to put the game out of reach.

With the victory, the IPark remain in sixth place in the table with 30 points.
