BUSAN, South Korea – The Busan IPark showed a new side to their game last night that hadn't been seen for most of the year – attacking.
The defensive-minded squad showed a more offensive attack, and in turn defeated a strong Seongnam squad 1-0 in one of the more entertaining games this year at the Busan Asiad World Cup Stadium Sunday night.
Lee Gyeong-ryul broke the deadlock on the hour to give the IPark the only goal of the game, which featured 11 shots by Busan and 16 by Seongnam. Busan also had 17 corner kick chances, but failed to convert on their multiple opportunities.
The IPark remain sixth in the table after 17 rounds.
