BUSAN, South Korea -- The Ministry of Education started a special investigation into the sexual harassment allegations at the Busan School for the Blind. 

The Ministry of Education released three people, including the school's principal, Mr. Ju who didn't report the incident to the investigating agency or the school inspector of the Busan education office, Mr. Kim, though he recognized the problem. 

The assailant teacher was released from his job October 25th, of this year, and has been under investigation without detention. 

With this inspection, the ministry has a policy in place to take the strongest action under existing law against the people directly involved in minimizing or concealing the incident.
