The Airport Service Quality Awards has named South Korea’s Incheon International Airport as having the best customer service in the world. Incheon scored 4.99 points out of a possible 5.00.
The annual survey is compiled by the Airports Council International (ACI) in Montreal and surveys travelers on their airport experience across 34 criteria, from airport access, check-in, security screening, restrooms, shops and restrooms. The survey included some 600,000 passengers at airports in 84 countries.
In the Asia-Pacific region, Singapore’s Changi airport shared second place with Delhi Airport and Mumbai Airport, while Beijing Airport and Haikou Airport shared third for the region.

Asia-Pacific: Seoul Incheon International Airport
Europe: Sochi International Airport
Middle East: Abu Dhabi International Airport
North America, Tie: Indianapolis International Airport, Jacksonville International Airport, Billy Bishop Airport (Toronto, Canada)
Latin America: Guayaquil Airport (Ecuador)
The awards ceremony will be held at the general assembly of the ACI in Port Louis, Mauritius, in October.
