BUSAN, South Korea – Saturday the 25th will witness an evening (and probably early morning) of the peninsula’s top hip hop spread out between Vinyl Underground and Blue Monkey in Kyungsung. $10 gets you in both bars with a free drink in each and a long night of rappers spinning their yarns and DJ’s scratching.
The nights lineup features:
“Black Ilumin & Judonomi”
A Filipino-American from San Jose, California, Black Ilumin mixes Hip-Hop to Dubstep, some of that Glitchy & Grimey sound topped off with a little old school funk. He performs in clubs all over the peninsula including The 5th World DJ Festival.

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio; Pinnacle brandishes a rugged swagger mixed with delightful sophistication and borderline cockiness. Working out of Seoul he takes the stage with a Rock, Pop, Jazz, Funk and Blues infused band known collectively as Pinnacle & The Antidote
London born DJ and Producer, DJ Fenner has been spinning the turntables for over 10 years. His DJing skills have earned him wins at DJ competitions in the UK and he gigs at clubs and festivals all over the world including the 5th World DJ Festival this year in Korea. DJ Fenner’s technical mixing style is accompanied by complex scratching on the turntables.

A mash up of underground talent driven by live percussion, Trouble Makerz mix Hip-hop, Electro, Dubstep and Drum & Bass. Having lived in England, France, South Africa and Japan they bring a wide spread of influences.
