BUSAN, South Korea -- Monsoons will begin to affect Busan and Gyeongnam for seven consecutive days. The seasonal rain front has brought rain from this morning in the west of Gyeongnam and it will be expanded to Busan and Gyeongnam. 

The weather agency forecasted that the rainy season, which started one week earlier than normal years, will bring one-hundred to two-hundred millimeters of rains during this week, going up and down the Korean Peninsula. 

A heavy rain twenty millimeters to forty millimeters per hour is expected in Busan and Gyeongnam Wednesday night and the Thursday morning.
