BUSAN, South Korea -- As heavy rain continued for two days, there were a series of traffic limitations and car accidents around the Busan/Gyeongnam region. 

The road nearby Oncheoncheon including Saebyoung and Yeonan Bridges were limited for cars to enter because of the flooding since early this morning up until by 1 p.m. today. 

Four flights, including an Air Busan flight BX8806 bound for Gimpo and BX8807 bound for Gimhae to Gimpo were canceled because of the poor visibility and 17 other flights were delayed. 

Prior to that, a truck driver was injured at 10:30 pm yesterday after a crash at the central reservation in front of the Busan tunnel.

Hadong, Gyeongnam received the most rainfall at 310 mm, while Namhae received 211 mm, Gosung 186.5 mm and Busan 126.5 mm or just under nearly five inches of rain.
