BUSAN, South Korea — Congratulations on making it to the long weekend! Lunar New Year’s main holiday falls on Sunday, which means it’s a good time to stay off the roads if possible, as Korean families will be traveling by the millions and roads will be backed up for hours.
Along with the holiday returning, so does the cold, so whether you are indoors or out, it’s a good time to bundle up as temperatures are forecasted to be as low as -10’C in the evening and around freezing during the day.
As with most holiday weekends, it’s a good time to relax, though there are some fun options this weekend should you choose to venture out.
