After indulging in hot, boiling food for some time, as the cold winter drives you, you may end up feeling like some fresh food to wake up your exhausted cells. Still, you somehow think hoe (raw fish) is a little too much. The Sushi, a casual Japanese restaurant around Kyungsung University, can be a clever strategy to beat the winter doldrums with a healthy and affordable meal.
Here, all ingredients are very fresh and all food seems to be made with care. Sushi here is served with a variety of choices, even for the most discerning palates. There are good sets such as ‘couple set’, ‘family set’, ‘salmon set’, ‘sashimi set’ and ‘lunch set’ — which lets you enjoy a few varieties of sushi at a cheaper price than if you order separately. They also have Japanese style rice (Donburi) and noodles (Udon). Many regulars also love the chicken salad here.
The sign says that it was established in 1998, but the restaurant looks pretty new, clean and modern. Workers are friendly and polite and can see happy chefs working hard in the kitchen through a square opening.
Take out is also available upon request.
