Have you been curious about cooking Korean food, but not sure where to start? Do you get confused about what ingredients to buy at the store when all the labels are written in Korean? Fear not- Moon Brooks at Hello Kimchi in Haeundae is starting a weekly cooking class.
March 6th will be our first lesson, and we are going to have a Kimchi presentation. We will start with the difference between the 100s of kimchis you'll encounter at restaurants or the store. Then we will watch how to prepare some of the most popular kimchi dishes. A Korean food language lesson will follow.
This lesson, although less hands on than future classes, is really important We are going to take a survey about the foods YOU want to learn how to make, and discuss the schedule for going to the cooking school and the market. We need your imput!!
