It's exam week, and we know you are busy, so this week will be an easier question so you can focus on studying!
The question is: As this is the season for festivals in Korea, do you usually attend any festivals in Busan or around the area during the year?

Week 8 advanced
Yes, its festival season. But It's just couple's festival! Do you know Solo is heaven, couples are hell? It's konglish(broken english used by koreans).
I want go cherry-blossom viewing. But my friends are told me "We are Solo, And if you go there, there is no solo. just couple." then... I agreed. then I don't go to cherry-blossom viewing. It's so sad story.

Festival, go or not?
I don’t much go to the festival held in Busan actually. Busan is well known of its 3 big festival, which are Busan International Film Festival, Busan International Advertising Festival, and Fireworks Festival. When it is on the day, it’s going to be overcrowded anywhere. Eventhough , I have one of the most favorite festival like Cherry Blossoms Festival in Jinhae to welcome spring season after almost 3 months facing freezing cold on winter. I went there 2 weeks ago, and as usual it was very amazing scenery. Sometimes I go to the festival maybe just to hang out with friends and people I care about, not to see the festival as it should.

As this is the season for festivals in Korea, do you usually attend any festivals in Busan or around the area during the year?
I hardly attend festivals in Busan.
However, when I was in Ulsan, my hometown, I used to go to see cherry blossoms with my family. There were so many street vendors and somethings to see.
Whenever I visited there, I had a Korean style pizza called "Pa-Jeon" with Korean traditional alcohol "Dong-Dong-Ju". It was so memorable.
Otherwise, I remember that I went to a festival for water from trees which was held near my hometown.
The water was so special. It was from particulral trees. It tastes something different from normal water.
Aiso, since the festival was kind of famous, it was so crowded and many people came from other cities.

In this season..
In this season, many festivals open in Korea.
The weather is hotter than before, The many flowers are out. So many festivals about flowers open.
For example, the famous festival about flower is in Chinhae. Chinhae is famous for cherry blossoms festival.
The cherry blossoms are beautiful. But I have been there once in a life time when I was child.
And no matter flowers are out, many festivals hold in this season.
In the some University, after the middle exam, the spring festival opens in the sprig season!
Also in out university spring festival holds. The last spring season festival opens in Gwang-an beach.
We have recreation time and invite a famous performance team and invite a singer.
We are happy in the festival season. I will attend university festival!

No. Too bad i haven't going festivals.
I want really really really going to cherry blooms fesival.
But my boy frend is in the military.
And i have part time job.
So i did't go there. I am very sad.
So i will going this festival next year. Good luck

Festivals
I have a part-time job at Haeundae on weekends.
When I visited the Haeundae beach before I go to work yesterday, there were huge kites on the beach.
That was 'International Kiteboarding Festival' and really cool.
It was unexpected, I enjoyed that festival so much.

This is the season for festivals in Korea...
I really like festivals, but I do not go often.
Festival season overlaps with my exam period or It overlaps more important things than festivals.
Actually If I had intended to participate in festival, I could have done it.
Once I join a festival, I am crazy. However I just do not go well.
There are too many people and too many cars. There is terrible traffic jam during festival season.
It makes me tired. Except I really want to participate, I do not attend a festival well..

Dahyangje
Now I do have time so I did not get it often in Boseong but when cgildren enjoy tea he drank,
the tangent and often went there and us being in Boseong.
My family should go to Dahyangje of Bosaong in the mid may.
Dahyangje is held in mid may, and there are many event, that
Dasinje to pray for good harvests, with tea dyeing, pottary, tea making and so on.
Now I go cerry blossom festival of Ginhae and Yodeung festival.
But Dahyangje more memorable because often went with my family was steeped.

I usually take part in the festival three times a year.
Some of the most festivals, I favorite is college festival.
I also expect the festival of Kyungsung university hold in.
And Bipaf is coming.
I want to participate in the Bipaf.
It' not festival, I attend the Bloom Festival in Ulsan.
Two weeks ago, I went to go Ulsan with my friends on weekend to go cherry-blossom viewing.
In fact, we made a plan for gonig to Hwagae Cherry Blossom Festival.
But we change our plan, because there are many people and cars and we didn't see beautiful flowers, I think.
As you know, there is the place that is usually crowded with hundreds of tourists.
So we worried about those reasons, we decided to go another place.
That was the Ulsan, and we went straight to go to Ulsan.
There was very great than I thought. There are many different flowers. Rape blossoms, cherry blossoms and forsythia and so on.
We was so satisfied with going there. We took a lot of pictures in there and those were left ours as unforgettable things.
Then, I think, we maybe go there again next year.
