BUSAN, South Korea — Are you suffering from a lack of Gaelic football in your life? Have you always wanted to see it played live? Do you enjoy a good Irish party?
If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions then clear your calendar for Saturday May 10th, as Laochra Busan Gaelic Football Club host the first round of the Korean Gaelic Games.
We will be playing host to Daegu Fianna and Seoul Gaels and would love nothing more than the support of the Busan community to make a winning start to the campaign!
The games will kick off at 11 AM at the Busan International Foreign School and will run until late afternoon. To get there, you can take the 1001 or 1003 bus, passing Haeundae and Songjeong Beach, until you reach Nae-ri Elementary School. If you’re already in the city, BIFS is an easy cab ride from Jangsan station.
There will also be food and refreshments available for purchase.
And after such a thrilling day of sport, be sure to head down to our proud sponsor’s, Sharky’s Gwangalli, for a fun-filled night and a real Irish session!
