BUSAN, South Korea -- Exhibition Hall 1 at Busan Museum was previously scheduled to be closed from August 12 to December 31, 2013 for remodeling. However, due to further renovations, the opening date has been pushed back until February 20, 2014. 

When completed, the museum's permanent exhibition hall will contain more historic artifacts found in Mieum-dong, Yeonsan-dong and Ga-dong. Although work is still underway, the Culture Experience Hall, Exhibition Hall 2 and the Special Exhibition Hall will remain open. 

Currently, the exhibition, The Achievements of Archaeological Research Conducted by Busan Museum is on display until February 23, 2014.
