CSAT Applicants Down in 2014



A new report shows that the number of examinees for the 2015 College Scholastic Ability Test has shown a slight decrease compared to the previous year. 

An official at the Busan education office said as the closing period for applications passed on the 12th, the total number of examinees amounted to 38,836 people, 3.14 percent or 1,260 people lower than last year’s 40,096. 

Among applicants for the test, there were 31,441 soon to be graduates, a decrease of 1,244 people or 3.81 percent, and 6,410 graduates, a decrease of 59 people or 0.91 percent.
