SkySea Cruise Line has officially cancelled all of its 14 cruise lines scheduled to dock in Busan from next month until the end of the year.

The move comes after the Chinese government has placed a ban on all of its tour agencies from selling South Korea package tour. It is considered an apparent retaliation for South Korea and the U.S. decision to bring the U.S. missile interceptor THAAD to the South.

In the meantime, as there are about 180 cruise ships scheduled to enter Busan Port by the end of the year with about 460,000 expected passengers, there is a considerable concern that cruise ships will cancel their schedules to Busan Port.
