The drug task force of Busan Regional Police Agency carried out a crackdown on people who committed drug related offenses from October 2014 to February 2015. A total of 46 people were arrested, including five gang members.
Also, a 39-year-old man charged with drug related crime, identified by his surname Lee, swung a baseball bat at an officer as a team of officers attempted to subdue him during his arrest resulting in the officer’s finger getting fractured.
The Busan Regional Police Agency will reinforce the crackdown on those who commit drug related crimes, including drug dealers and gangs involved in drug trafficking.
