The city office is going to create an access road on Gwangan Bridge to help combat traffic congestion in Centum City.

The office plans to invest 25 billion won into the construction of a 245 meter one-lane bridge that will connect the upper deck of Gwangan Bridge heading towards Haeundae New Town to the off ramp of the lower deck of the bridge heading towards Centum City. It will also build a 300-meter access road with one to three lanes on the side of the tollgate heading towards Centum City.

The office plans to complete the design of the roads after completing its research within this year and begin construction from next spring with the goal of finishing by 2020.
