BUSAN, South Korea -- The Busan University of Foreign Studies will establish a work task force for students to cope with the recent roof-collapse accident at a freshmen welcoming party. 

The recent tragedy was at the orientation for freshmen when a roof collapsed, killing nine. The group will focus specifically on those who have PTSD. 

The task force has also established a 24-hour hotline to help students get through the crisis. The hotline will also accept complaints related to the accident including potential damages and civil complaints. The task force will continue operation until all situations regarding the accident are handled.
