BUSAN - Cho Dong-hyun scored 20 points to lead the Sonic Boom to an easy 80-53 win over the Seoul SK Knights Wednesday night.
SK, who had won two of their last three games, were thoroughly embarrassed in the game, as KT controlled the entire game, running up a 40-19 halftime lead. SK only managed 7 points in the first quarter. KT held SK to 29% from the field in the first half, while shooting 59%, including 74% from inside the three.
KT ran on cruise control for the third and fourth quarters, and still managed to outscore SK 40-34, led by Cho’s pair of three pointers in his 10 point third quarter.
Cho Sung-min also added 10 points for KT, while Amal McCaskill scored 14 for SK and added 9 rebounds.
KT has a 13-5 record at home this season.
