Shane Youman pitched a one hit masterpiece Sunday, as the Lotte Giants took two of three games from LG to remain on top of the standings.

BUSAN, South Korea -- American pitcher Shane Youman tossed a one hitter Sunday, leading the Lotte Giants to a 5-0 win while taking two of three games at home this week against the LG Twins.

Youman (3-0) pitched his first nine-inning shutout of his career, striking out seven in a dominating performance from the mound. Giants catcher Kang Min-ho hit a two-run homer in the eighth to seal the win for Lotte, who are at the top of the standings early on in the 2012 season.

"The defense played a great part in today's win, and the Lotte fans were great," Youman said after the game.

On Saturday, Lotte scored two runs in the bottom of the eighth to break a three-all tie, and win 5-3. Hwang Jae-kyun hit his first homer of the year while Jeon Joon-woo and Kim Ju-chan each drove in two runs. Ryan Sadowski pitched six innings, giving up three runs and striking out six. Choi Dae-sung (1-0) picked up the win and Kim Sa-yeol notched his fifth save.

On Friday, LG hammered out 22 hits, including three home runs while destroying Lotte 20-8. Jeon Joon-woo went 3-5 with four RBIs to lead the Giants.
