KBO Playoffs: Lotte Even the Series at a Game Apiece

INCHEON, South Korea -- A 10th inning bases loaded walk by SK reliever Jung Woo-ram was the difference as the Lotte Giants beat SK 5-4 in Game 2 to even the best-of-five series at a game apiece.

The Giants were in desperate need of a victory, and pulled through after trailing 4-1 early on. Lotte scored three runs in the top of the seventh to tie, before the battle of the bullpens began, and SK's Jung, who had 30 saves during the season, collapsed under pressure.

Lotte pounded 12 hits to Sk's 10 during the game, and reliever Kim Sung-bae picked up the victory.

Game 3 returns to Sajik Friday night, with Go Won-joon taking the mound for Lotte against Song Eun-beom.
