KBL - Sonic Boom Showing Great Form in Exhibition Play

The KT Sonic Boom won a couple of exhibition games over the weekend as they gear up for the season opener next weekend.

BUSAN, South Korea -- Guard Yoon Yeo-gwan scored 28 points as the KT Sonic Boom easily defeated last year's champions Anyang KGC 92-73 in KBL exhibition action today.

Darian Townes added 15 points, while Oh Yong-joon added 11 and Jasper Johnson chipped in 10.

On Saturday, KT used a huge second half to defeat Samsung 69-66. After trailing 36-27 at the half, the Sonic Boom outscored Samsung 42-26 in the second half to steal the win.

KT also defeated Anyang KGC 89-78 on Friday, and defeated Samsung 71-63 earlier in the week.
