Football - Korea Olympic Team Ends Qualification With a Draw

SEOUL, South Korea - The South Korean Olympic squad played Qatar to a scoreless draw in their final qualification match Wednesday evening. Korea finished first in the group with three wins and three draws for 12 points.

Korea controlled the pace of the game for the majority of the evening, but failed to capitalize on their numerous chances. Korea had already clinched a berth to London thanks to a 3-0 victory over Oman on February 22nd.

The two sides drew 1-1 in their previous encounter last November.
