BFIA to Run its Global Talk Program in June

The Busan Foundation of International Activities (BFIA) is organizing a Global Talk program in which Busan-based foreign residents talk about their countries’ culture and their life in Busan with Busan citizens, in their native language.


BUSAN, South Korea - The Busan Foundation of International Activities (BFIA) is organizing a Global Talk program in which Busan-based foreign residents talk about their countries’ culture and their life in Busan with Busan citizens, in their native language.

The Global Talk will take place at Busan Global Center Lounge from 2 pm until 3:30 pm, every Friday, during the month of June.

The Global Talk program schedule is as follows:


June 8 - Fujino Kazunari (in Japanese)
A former Fukuoka civil servant talks about the challenges he faced in Busan, Korea.

June 15 - Wu Peng (in Chinese)
A Chinese student talks about studying and living in Busan.

June 22 - Jyoti (in English)
An Indian lady talks about India

June 29 - Kira Osamu (in Japanese)
A Japanese journalist talks about truth and newspapers

This schedule may be subject to change without notice.
The first 15 people to register, who should all have a good comprehension ability in the speaker’s native language, may listen to the lecture, which is free. Please register by email, giving your name, gender, phone number, occupation and the date of the lecture you are interested in attending, to busanglobalcenter@gmail.com.
