BUSAN, South Korea -- The Opening ceremony of The 18th Busan International Film Festival will be emceed by Korean actress Kang Soo-yeon and Honk Kong actor Aaron Kwok. 

Kang has been recognized her outstanding acting performance since becoming internationally acclaimed in the eighties and nineties. She was honored with the Volpi Cup Best Actress award at the 1987 Venice International Film Festival for her role in The Surrogate Mother and Come, Come, Come Upward in Moscow International Film Festival in 1989 where she won best actress. 

Aaron Kwok made an official visit last year for celebrating his cinema 'Cold War' which was screened at the opening ceremony.
