BUSAN, South Korea -- 70% of elementary school students are not able to draw the Korean National flag Taegeukgi. The students parents group '??????? ?? ???????' or 'The parents who eager to achieve right education practice' argued that 70% of elementary school students and 50% of middle school students were unable to draw their national flag correctly. 

Additionally, 60% of elementary school students don't remember the first line of the national anthem, and 20% were unable to recite and part of the first line.
