Up to 2,000 People Expected to be Involved in “Black Panther” Shooting

Around 2,000 people are expected to be involved in Marvel Comics “Black Panther” shooting in Busan.

The Hollywood blockbuster will be shot in Busan from March 17th to the 29th.

Sites to be used in the film include Gwangalli Beach, Gwangan Bridge, Jagalchi Market, Centum City, Namhyung Bridge, Haeundae Event Plaza and also in Yeong-do.

Over 200 movie prep team workers are already in Busan preparing for the shoot, including Marvel and Korean staff. It’s expected that when the shoot begins, they will be using around 700 rooms in the city at four to five hotels in Haeundae and Nampo-dong.

Local businesses, including markets, bars and restaurants are expected to benefit from the filming.
